Sarah Petroski

Sarah Petroski has specialized in personal training since 2007. She began her career as a fitness instructor teaching group aerobics, water conditioning and swim classes. Sarah transitioned into personal training at Peak Performance under the guidance of her mentors Joe Dowdell and Tim Davis.

Sarah maintains a clientele roster consisting of celebrities, recording artists, models, athletes, MBAs, Moms, and fitness enthusiasts.

Sarah frequently appears in magazines and fitness videos, including SELF and Fitness, as an instructor and model demonstrating proper from and technique.

Sarah completed her BS at University of Utah, where she was an avid snowboarder, tri-athlete, and wilderness guide. A devoted yoga practitioner for over a decade she continues to study asana sequencing at the feet of her root teachers Sharon Gannon and David Life of Jivamukti Yoga School. Sarah also studies Tibetan Buddhism in the Gelukpa Tradition through the Yoga Studies Institute.

Sarah specializes in body composition improvement and sport-specific training. She is passionate about vinyasa yoga and the idea that connecting breath and movement leads to a calm mind and a healthy body.
