Rob Sulaver

Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer

Having been featured in Shape, Men’s Fitness, and Muscle & Fitness, Rob Sulaver is a bright young star in the personal training world. After competing as a Big 10, Division I wrestler, Rob began his training career as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for University of Michigan Football. Supervising or assisting in all aspects of training, including: resistance training, energy system development, agility school, sandpit conditioning, suspension training, flexibility, injury rehab, and pool conditioning, Rob helped to develop numerous All-American and professional caliber athletes. After relocating to New York City, Rob continued to work as a personal trainer, spin instructor, and group fitness coach and founded Bandana Training – an elite personal training service in NYC.

Professionally trained in wrestling, Tae Kwon Do, Jujutsu, acrobatics, Tai Chi (Yang Style), clowning (Lecoq Technique), stage combat (SAFD), and dance, and a recreational marathoner and cyclist, Rob offers a wealth of knowledge and a variety of training techniques to his clients. Otherwise lighthearted and easy-going, Rob is all business in the weight room. With a training method that is goal-oriented, progressive, and intense, Rob will destroy you, inspire you, and make you giggle like a little school girl.
