Mel Grant

Mel Grant has been a personal trainer for over two years. She began her career as an independent personal trainer in Morgantown, West Virginia, and eventually moved on to serve as a personal trainer at Peak Performance.

Mel maintains an diverse clientele roster including fashion models, NPC fitness competitors, CEO’s, attorneys, postpartum mothers, and athletes.

Within the past 2 years of training, Mel has helped one of her clients lose 52 pounds and drop an astonishing 15 percent body fat.

Mel specializes in weight loss, muscular development, body composition improvement, and sports-specific training.

She completed her undergraduate degree at West Virginia University. Previously, she has competed in NPC Bikini competitions.
