Strength & Conditioning Coach and Performance Specialist

Kris has been working with various athletes bringing them to the next level of performance for the past 7 years. He has a strong background in coaching Olympic Weightlifting as a former assistant coach to legendary USA Olympic Weightlifting Head Coach, Gayle Hatch. Kris has also worked on the Strength & Conditioning staff with LSU Football and LSU Baseball.
Kris is familiar with multiple other modalities of exercise including posture analysis, corrective and preventive exercise, fat loss and metabolic conditioning. Kris learned principles of sprint and speed training from esteemed Boots Garland. He has also been very successful with personal training through helping multiple people win body transformation contests and figure competitions. Whether you need explosive power, strength, speed and agility, endurance or fat loss, Kris is dedicated to coaching.
