Director of Personal Training Operations

Though very active in sports throughout his youth, Dan’s real passion for fitness started in his late 20’s when he found himself completely out of shape and with over 50 pounds to lose. Through a lot of research, dedication and hard-work, Dan has not only been able to meet his own fitness goals, he has become an expert at helping others reach there’s as well.

Dan specialty is his integrated approach to body composition transformation in which he uses a combination of strength training, nutritional strategies and energy system work. It is this approach that has allowed him to help clients loose fat, gain muscle and get in the best shape of their lives. He has also helped professional athletes and enthusiastic amateurs prepare for competitions ranging from MMA fights to triathlons.

Through a passionate dedication to continuing education, Dan has developed a myriad of skills including movement analysis and corrective strategies, sandbag training, olympic weightlifting, nutritional counseling, supplement strategies, and more. He has also worked with many special needs clients including cancer survivors, chemotherapy patients, fybromyalgia sufferers, physical rehabilitation patients and those battling high blood pressure.
