Antonio Valverde

Has been in the fitness world for the last eight years, and professionally training for three.  A former Division 1 football player, Antonio is a Strength and Conditioning Specialists.  He attributes his training knowledge and style by learning and being trained by some of the top coaches in the field of Strength and Condition.  He has backgrounds in Kettle bells, TRX suspension Training, Sand Bag training and Boxing. He shares a passion for Olympic lifts as certified Sports Performance Coach by the USAW Olympic Lifting committee.
