Sohee Lee holds her bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from Stanford University. Though initially set on venturing down the premed route to become an orthopedic surgeon, she eventually quit that route late in her junior year of college when her late nights spent reading the latest research on training and nutrition made it clear that fitness was her true calling. After a summer internship at the world-renowned baseball training facility, Cressey Performance, she worked as a strength coach and nutrition consultant at Tyler English Fitness for a brief stint before coming to her current home in the Big Apple.
Sohee specializes in fat loss for women and trains numerous women, including the likes of 2013 Miss America, Mallory Hagan. Her main interests include behavioral psychology and fixing disordered relationships with food.
A contributing writer for Bodybuilding.com, Sohee has also written for Greatist, Cosmopolitan, and RealBeauty.com.
