Sarah’s passion for fitness began at an early age. In high school, she taught group fitness classes and water aerobics and plastered her walls with the latest posters from Iron Man magazine. 

Sarah completed her BS at University of Utah, where she was an avid snowboarder, tri-athlete, and wilderness guide. After a brief stint in television production - Sarah found her home and renewed love for fitness and training at Peak Performance NYC in 2007.

Sarah specializes in integrating strength training, energy system work, yoga and guided meditations for fat loss and body composition improvement. She is passionate about the idea that connecting breath and movement leads to a calm mind and a healthy body.
