Mel Grant began her career as an independent personal trainer in Morgantown, West Virginia, and eventually moved on to serve as a personal trainer at Peak Performance. Her desire for health and fitness has flourished since she was in her early teens. Mel’s love for fitness stems from a passion for organized sports and outdoor activities as a child. Interests in gymnastics, hiking, track, waterskiing, and snowboarding have given her a unique approach to traditional training techniques. She is dedicated to helping others achieve their goals through living a healthy lifestyle.

Mel maintains a diverse clientele roster including fashion models, business owners, attorneys, postpartum mothers, and your occasional weekend warrior.  She specializes in weight loss, muscular development, and body composition improvement. She completed her undergraduate degree at West Virginia University. Previously, she competed in NPC Bikini competitions.
