Performance Coach

Ethan’s specific skill set lies in his ability to greatly enhance body composition, strength and power while also possessing the ability to alleviate and prevent symptoms from a variety of injuries. As a teenager, he competed in rugby with the US National Team and was the winner of the Mr. Rochester bodybuilding competition. After several major injuries sidelined his career, he began studying the art of movement with a focus on returning athletes to play and preventing future injuries. At Central Mass Physical Therapy, Ethan worked alongside Mike Roberts, one of the most highly sought after physical therapists in New England. While there, he became proficient in movement assessment and correction utilizing concepts from the Postural Restoration Institute (PRI), Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS).

He has worked with pro athletes from a variety of sports including the MLB, MLS, NBA, NHL, and NFL as well as serving as Strength and Conditioning coach to two of the top high schools in the Northeast. Ethan attended Springfield College in Massachusetts where he studied Applied Exercise Science and Nutrition with a concentration in Sports Performance and is constantly attending continuing education courses and seminars around the country.
