Performance Coach

Adam Copeland has spent the last 4 years splitting time between PEAK Performance and Penn State. He started as an intern at PEAK the summer after he graduated from high school where he was a three-sport varsity athlete. His first summer at PEAK solidified his love for personal training. As a result, he has spent his summers training professional athletes, brides to be, and fellow students. When he is not at PEAK, Adam is at Penn State University pursuing a Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology. Regardless of where Adam is, he always ready to learn.


Currently, Adam is in his senior year at Penn State, and is ready to hit the ground running at PEAK after training and learning under some of the best in the industry. He has a diverse knowledge base, which allows him to help a variety of different types of clients, but he specializes in Olympic Weightlifting and Power Lifting. Health and fitness has changed Adam’s life, and he is dedicated to help other people achieve the same change.
